What is XpoDay?
XpoDay is an AI-native event management platform for expos, conferences and trade shows. It handles registration forms, badges and e-badges, QR check-in, event websites and attendee messaging in one place, and its AI can set up a whole event from a single prompt.
What does the AI in XpoDay do?
Describe your event and XpoDay proposes a plan: the event details, registration forms, badge template, website pages and reminders. Nothing changes until you apply the plan, and you can undo it. AI also helps design forms and website pages. AI features are switched on per workspace, so ask us about them in your demo.
Can we use our own AI provider key?
Yes. Once AI is switched on for your workspace, use its monthly AI allowance or connect your own provider key in AI settings, and see usage and activity there.
Do visitors need to install an app?
No. Visitors register in the browser and get their badge by email or WhatsApp. Your staff can install XpoDay on their phones from the browser to scan badges.
Can we use our own domain for the event website?
Yes. Point your domain at XpoDay and the site and its links use it, with HTTPS set up automatically.
Does it work for multi-day events?
Yes. Each event has its own dates, and check-in records every scan so you can follow attendance day by day.
Can we bring in an existing contact list?
Yes. Paste or import contacts from a CSV file and use them in email and WhatsApp campaigns.
How is our data protected?
Every account signs in with two-step verification, and roles decide who on your team can see and change what.

Starter starts from ₹14,999 per event for up to 1,000 registrations, and Pro from ₹49,999 per event for up to 10,000 registrations with the event website, WhatsApp badges and referrals.
